All shipping & handling is for Standard Ground Delivery
Service within the 48 Contiguous States only. Alaska and Hawaii

sales@handtrucksrus.com for a shipping quote.
In order to provide you with the absolute best prices available anywhere online
or in stores, some items may be "drop shipped" from the Manufacturer (factory)
or from their Warehouse Distribution Facility directly to you. If the item you
order is stocked in multiple locations we will ship it from the closest source
to you. Some products are shipped from locations offering only UPS Delivery
Service while some branches also offer UPS, Fed-Ex, and USPO Delivery options.
Package Tracking Numbers
We will ship your package from the closest warehouse, whenever
possible, to ensure the fastest delivery time. If your item is out-of-stock at
the closest warehouse your order may be re-processed from an alternate, more
distant warehouse location. This does not effect the shipping charge you pay!
However, it may result in a delay in forwarding the shipment’s tracking number
to you. You can request a tracking number from us, but please be
patient while the correct tracking information is being obtained, which may
take up to 4 OR 5 days.

Most
orders are "processed and on the road" to you within 7-10 working days
from the day we receive your order. Depending on the time of day your order is
received and the daily order volume at any given shipping location, it may take
one extra day to ship your merchandise.
Please note: No orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
If we are unable to ship your order from any of our facilities within five
working days, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone you so you may make
other arrangements to find your item(s) elsewhere.

Ninety-Nine percent of our orders are shipped by United Parcel
Service via regular Ground Delivery Service or Fed-Ex Ground Delivery Service.
Heavy items (150 lbs or more) and all Oversize items are shipped via Common
Carrier/Truck Lines. Although UPS and Fed-Ex do not guarantee Ground Delivery
Service to arrive within a specified time frame, typically they deliver goods
from anywhere in the 48 states to anywhere in the 48 states, in 7-10
workdays. (Saturday & Sunday excluded) Deliveries during the busiest
Holiday Seasons may take longer.
Expedited Shipping Information:
Expedited Shipping such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select is also
available at an additional charge. Please contact our Customer Service
Department for details & quotes at
customerservice@handtrucksrus.com . If you specify any shipping method
other than our standard Ground Delivery Service and return the item for any
reason whatsoever, the additional shipping costs are non-refundable.
Additionally, if you chose an expedited shipping method such
as Next Day, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select shipping and the shipper does not
deliver it "on time", we can not refund the expedited shipping charges.
Although UPS and Fed-Ex do a commendable job overall with their delivery
performance, occasionally orders are delayed and even lost. This is beyond our
control. The shippers do not reimburse for sub standard delivery performance
and we are not liable for their actions.
Wrong Address Information:
If the address you gave us has any mistakes causing the delivery company to be
unable to deliver the package, we will send your purchase again but you are
responsible for any additional shipping charges.

15% Cancellation Fee/non-refundable shipping charges
In the event you cancel an order after the merchandise has been shipped and is
en route to you, you are responsible for all shipping charges incurred in the
transaction and a credit card processing fee of 15%
(even if you do not accept the delivery from the shipper).
This is to cover the fee that is charged to us when we process your
order with your credit card.

Additional Information
Since many of our products come from different location in the United States
delivery times vary. Many items ships next day. This means it will
leave our facility the day after you place your order. Many items take
time to me manufactured or built before they ship. If this is the case
the lead time to leave the facility will be 5-7 business days.
After the item has shipped, it usually will take 3-4 business
days to reach your location. Please reserve calling for status
information until these times are met. Tracking information is not always
available because your item may be drop shipped from a manufacturer.
Warranties & Returns
Everything we carry comes with at least a 90 day warranty.
Some items we carry are covered by a one or two year
manufacturers warranty. Any defective item may be returned within 90 days of
the date of purchase. We will replace or repair the defective item.
All freight on returned items is the responsibility of the
buyer. The buyer must contact our company before returning the defective item
and obtain a return authorization number. We can not accept returns without a
return authorization number.
Any item covered by an original manufacturer's warranty must be
returned to the manufacturer. We do not service warranties for these items.
Customer satisfaction is our priority and we want you to be completely
satisfied with your purchase.
Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt in new and
unworn condition in their original packaging.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return or
exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is in new and
unworn condition inside its original packaging.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. We
will credit you for the total purchase price less any applicable restocking
fees and shipping/handling charges to and from our
manufacturer’s facility.
Restocking fees vary between 10% - 30%.
Invoices
Because most of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, we
cannot include a packing receipt or invoice with the shipment of the products.
We also realize that many of our orders are sent as gifts to someone else, and
we are sensitive about including any documents that would reflect the price.
This being the case, the order confirmation that you received via e-mail serves
as your official receipt. If at any time you misplace or delete this e-mail, we
would be happy to resend it.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept and prefer VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover on our
secure web server. We also accept PayPal, personal and cashier checks, and
money orders. Money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks must clear
before items are shipped.
